A Regional Resource for Success

Pacific Plains supports the leaders and members of the region’s IABC (International Association of Business Communicators) chapters with resources and professional development opportunities. Our goal is to foster a collegial network of professionals engaged in all aspects of corporate communication and to extend opportunities to members to expand their leadership skills and experience by participating at the local, regional and international level.

Pacific Plains embraces 22 chapters in 19 states from Illinois to Hawaii, from Arizona to North Dakota, including scores of members at large who live outside local chapter boundaries. Our geographic sweep gives us a wide network of colleagues for sharing ideas, asking advice and celebrating successes. As it develops, this Website will be a resource for the region’s Board members, chapter leaders and members.

The Pacific Plains Region is hosting it's inaugural conference Exchange this fall. Seattle has been selected as the host city. If you are interested in helping plan the inaugural conference -- a showpiece for certain -- please contact Diane Balogh, Professional Development Director, or Brian Everett, Conference Committee Chair.
