Suzanne Poggio, Director
Suzanne has more than 25 years experience in corporate communications and marketing. Prior to starting her own business writing and consulting firm, she worked for several healthcare technology companies and trade associations responsible for both internal and external communications, public relations and marketing. She is currently a member of the Chicago chapter. Her other IABC experience includes serving as president of the Madison, WI chapter; serving on the board of the St. Louis chapter and serving as treasurer for the former US District 4. She has served on the Pacific Plains board for the last two years as finance director. Her other volunteer experience includes tutoring ESL students, working with disabled persons in a therapeutic riding group, and working to help place ex-offenders back into the work force.
Suzanne holds a BA in sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an MBA in marketing from Edgewood College, Madison, WI. She is also a past Silver Quill recipient.
